The Budo Kaisai Shorei-Kan offers a program specially designed for children from six years of age, unique in the arts of self-defense. This program includes numerous oriental exercises and fun games that help the children to develop harmoniously their body, movement coordination, reflexes and concentration.
Children learn the traditional Kaisai of Okinawa to the rhythm of Japanese music, playing and having fun in a non-violent, non-competitive practice and in absolute safety.
